Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern GBPbuster services: scope, payment, timelines, refunds, and what clients can reasonably expect from SEO work.

Last updated: September 19, 2026

These terms govern work performed by GBPbuster ("we", "us") for you ("the client"). By engaging us, or by clicking acceptance on a proposal, you agree to them.

Services and scope

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work that lists deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Free audits are provided as-is, with no obligation to purchase.

Payment

Ongoing SEO is billed as a flat monthly retainer, invoiced monthly. One-time projects are typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. We accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and PayPal.

No lock-in, cancellations, and refunds

There are no long-term lock-in contracts. Either party may end a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice. If we fail to deliver agreed milestones in a billing cycle, we make it right, including refunds where work was not performed. Completed, delivered work is non-refundable.

Expectations

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control — competition, Google algorithm changes, your market, and your website's history. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue. We do commit to the process, reporting, and milestones in your plan, and to honest advice about what is and is not working.

Client responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to modify the website and accounts we work on, and that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights. Timely feedback and access keep projects on schedule.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
